Summertime has officially hit!  Time to make your check list and start checking off!

You've got the pool thang going!  CHECK!
Grill dusted off and ready to go! CHECK!
Patio furniture cleaned! CHECK!
That about does it...or does it???

Get your drank on....... CHECKITY CHECK CHECK!!

BACARDI PUNCH

WHAT YOU NEED:

• 1/2 oz Bacardi® Limon Rum
• 1/2 oz Bacardi® Razz Rum
• 1/2 oz Bacardi® Orange Rum
• 1/2 oz Bacardi® Vanil Rum
• 3 oz Cranberry Juice
• 3 oz Pineapple Juice

 MIX IT UP!

• Pour the Bacardi flavored rums into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes
• Add the cranberry juice and pineapple juice and shake well
• Strain into a hurricane glass filled with ice cubes, and serve

 MARGAITAS

WHAT YOU NEED:

• 1 1/2 oz tequila
• 1/2 oz triple sec
• lemon or lime juice
• 3 oz sour mix
• lime wedge
• salt to rim the glass

MIX IT UP!

• Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
• Shake well.
• Salt rim.
• Pour contents, with ice, into the glass.
• Add lime wedge.

JELLO SHOTS

WHAT YOU NEED:

• 1 (6-ounce) box of raspberry Jell-O, or other flavor of your choice
• 2 cups boiling water
• 2 cups vodka

MIX IT UP!
In a bowl, pour the boiling water over the Jello and stir until thoroughly dissolved. Cool to room temperature, then stir in the vodka. Pour the mixture into shot glasses or Jello shot cups. Refrigerate until well-set, at least 6 hours. Makes 32 1-ounce jello shots, give or take.
