My Review:

When I received my package I couldn't wait to open it!  I don't think UPS was out of my driveway before I had it opened! 

I received 9 bottles of syrup,1 carbonator, 3 my water flavors, 2 1 liter reusable carbonating bottles and 1 soda stream machine.  It is so purdy!

OK so here's my take on it....

I loved that there's absolutely no electricity needed, perfect for camping and RVing, and you wont have a mess of cans taking up space.  I love that you can make small quantities, so everyone can have their favorite flavor and you don't have to spend a bunch of money.  Its simple enough for kids to use it, and safe for them to do so.  As for the overall family, they love it. I even took it over to my parents house while my sister and her kids were there to "show it off".  (Very easy to transport by the way)  Oh the kids had a blast!  Making "suicides"(mixing all flavors) it was honestly a great party topic. My mom, who is a diabetic, really shouldn't have sugar, loved its taste. (She had the diet cranberry raspberry made with Splenda)  Loved the variety of flavors.  She never heard of a carbonated Lemonade, none of  us had!  But boy its good.  I think it's my favorite!

Points not so in love with:

Carbonating it to a level that can stay fizzy is a problem.  2-5 pumps is what is recommended.  But I still find doing 5 pumps leaves my soda flat after a bit.  And I know this should be a good point but, with SodaStream it's half Splenda half sugar for the regular cola.  I'm not a big fan of that.  It sort of tastes diety.  I don't really like diet drinks.  Also there is only one store 57 miles from me where they sell everything and have a carbonator exchange. 

Overall:

I would have to say I give this product a 7.  Yes, I would buy it.

CSN Stores TOOL Review

I told you!  I said I picked an item you don't see a lot of on these Mommy blogs!  The Girly Tomboy, you were a little off. LOL But I probably could find all those things you listed! That's the beauty, there are over 200 CSN Stores online!  First let me go over just how easy it is to shop CSN.  When you find the area your interested in, say tools,  you have a column menu in each area of tools.  Their "Shop Easy" motto makes it a quick to the point shopping.  From power tools you have more choices to narrow your search!  When you get to the tool you would like, it shows you how many are instock, quality of the product, reviews, shipping info, how its shipped and the likelihood of it getting damaged!

EcoMom's All Natural Shaving Oil Review

I teamed up with EcoMom to review Pacific's All Natural Shaving Oil Ok so I didn't review this Hubs did.  Hubs has a very rough beard.  He's the type that needs a second round half way through the day...You know..

First off let me start by saying he's not really into those aerosol cans of foam (Dislikes their smells) he'd rather use soap and water or a rechargeable razor.

Eggo Real Fruit Pizza

Ok first off yum. Who wouldn't want to have pizza for breakfast? And unless your a single guy you probably don't.  Eggo just launched their Real Fruit Pizza and I was lucky enough to sample them.  I received Strawberry Granola and Mixed Berry Granola.

My first thought is Eggo kept is quick, convenient and tasty.  The pizza comes with its own microwave plate, which for me also doubles as their plate.  Takes about a minute to heat up and the older kids can make it themselves.  Morning it a big DIY mealtime.  I loved that it included granola. I could eat granola all day long. It gave it that crunch.  Fresh fruit topped it off, which to me makes me feel like my kids had good breakfast.

I'm a coffee girl for breakfast, but I gave it a go.  I'm usually multi-tasking in the morning and spend a lot of it right here on the computer.  Maybe I have some whole grain toast.  If I'm lucky Hubs cooks up his famous "bubble eggs".  For the most part I'm too busy to eat.  Well, I left my pizza about 30 minutes (initially to cool down) and when I went to eat it it wasn't at all what it was fresh and warm!  So my thoughts on that is, eat it when its warm!  Otherwise, its still good, I mean I still enjoyed it, but it tastes much better warm.  Also, its ended up not being solely a breakfast choice.  The kids really enjoyed them, a couple days later they chose it for their snack.

I would say this is probably in my top 3 microwave breakfast choices.  Just under their waffles.

My Review:

I have dyed, curled, straightened done just about everything since I was 16y/o.  My hair has been through a lot a few changes.  But I try and take care of the damaging effects from the fads I go through.  I have tried many oil treatments, leave in treatments, conditioners, even a couple of "home remedies"...  Some worked a bit some not at all.  I sort of just figured it comes with the territory of being a girl who likes her hair styled.  I was very pleased with the results I got from using Misikkos Hair Care Line. 

These 2 photos were taken to show you the proof.  I'm in absolute love with Hana Shine Shield and CHI Silk Infusion!  My hair felt softer, more manageable and it honestly looks so much healthier!  Ive gotten so many compliments on my hair.

I used about a quarter sized amount just after washing.  Worked it in from root to tip.  Blew dried it out and ran my fingers through it.  It felt so soft! Then used the curling iron as usual.  In both pictures I did the exact same thing...minus the CHI and Hana products on the right.

Trendy Plus Sized Clothing Review & Giveaway!

I received a sweet little sun dress to review.  At first, I wasn't to crazy about the straps.  They kept falling over, but I decided to just tuck them and see how I felt.  I loved the design of it.  In this AZ heat a sundress was very welcomed!  The length is about mid thigh and the eyelet trim is so cute!  Overall I felt very pretty in my new dress!  Even with tucking the straps, which I prefer and am going to just alter, I would have to say this was a nice choice.

There are so many sundresses, little black dresses, evening dresses....  Its a girls dream!

High Quality Children's Labels

Let's see my kids have lost sippy cups, water bottles, backpacks, books, lunch bags, shoes....yes their shoes...  How they can go from one day to the next and lose one shoe, just one, is beyond me.  I was constantly calling lost & founds, and eventually just replacing.

This year will be my nephew's kindergarten year. When I was asked to review Oliver's Labels I immediately thought of all the headaches I was going to save my sister!

Oliver's Labels is a high quality label system for all your child's property.  They have waterproof labels for items such as sippy cups, water bottles, shoes!  Perfect for a daycare and school.  Iron on clothing labels or stick-on clothing labels washer/dryer safe.  Winter jackets for church and school is a place you would want to make sure you place one.  Their safety wristbands are great for amusement parks or any other big outing where a child may wander off. Adjusts to fit your child's wrist and will not tear!

Oliver's Labels also have the unique option of "Found-It!" In case your child looses an item and someone finds it, there is a 9 digit code that allows you to track it!  How awesome of an idea is that??  Did I mention this option is FREE!  An free online lost and found!  A favorite doll your daughter takes everywhere and loves so dearly, stick on one of these durable labels.  If she should ever drop it, an email will be sent to you an you'll know exactly where it is!

My Review:
I received the mini labels, original labels, shoe labels, and clothing labels.  All with my nephews name and the Found-It code.  Kindergarten is ready to go!  Their very vivid and bright design had my lil guy so happy and excited.  He knew they were for his school stuff.  And me and my sister knew all his things would be safe.
The first thing I noticed were the shoe labels.  They're shaped like feet!  So that's going to help him to know which shoe goes on which foot! I've had my boys a couple of times in public with shoes on the wrong feet...and way passed Kindergarten.  Maybe I should edit that out LOL.  The labels stood up in my washer and dryer as well as the microwave and dishwasher.


I encourage any parent who is either tired of replacing or doesn't ever want to know the stress of losing a childs favorite toy to purchase these.  They can go on just about anywhere for any reason for anyone....  Sleepovers, school, church, picnics, camping.

Kid Safe Internet! Zoodles Review& Giveaway!

Zoodles is a kid safe FREE browser, that can be easily used by kids!  Simply point the mouse and click.  Best yet, each child has their own "playground" built for their age group! Filled with educational games from around the web.  Zoodles has placed them all within reach of your child, taking out the time you would spend searching.

When I was asked to review this browser I jumped at the chance!  Kids nowadays know the internet very well.  And you think you've taken every precaution to keep them safe.  But I know from experience just making one little typo can send you into a whole wrong part of this cyperworld!   Anyone type.com instead of .org or .net or vise versa and been taken somewhere you don't belong???  How many times has that happened to kids out there surfing?  So yes, I really wanted to try this out!

But Zoodles didn't stop just there! This is the part I love! Being a home schooling family, I don't have a "Learning Lab" Its pretty much up to me to find these educational games.... Then what?  How do I know they're working. Or if their even on the right game?? *Especially the older ones that know how to surf*

Zoodles has a parent dashboard that allows the parent to curve the games to the learning specific to the child. So like with Caitlin 3 y/o, she knows her shapes her numbers to 10 and can say the alphabet but not by sight....So I would increase her reading.

With Anthony, 10 y/o, it's more of a focus in Math & Reading.  So you can see here I increased those subjects.

Another part of the parent dashboard tells me everything!   Zoodles tells me exactly where they were and for how long....Pretty awesome huh!  Wyatt is only 5 y/o and still thinks he can trick Mama still so...  I just log in and check to see if he put in the time he was suppose to.

YoYo Lipgloss Review & Worldwide Giveaway!

I was lucky enough to try out the very stylish and trendy YoYo Lipgloss!  The retractable lipgloss. Where "your never at a loss for your gloss!"  These are so genius! They come hooked on these clips you can place anywhere!  I was given these 4 great flavors Kissable Kiwi, Girly Green Apple, Cha-Cha Chocolate and Big Bounce Bubble gum.

I had my nieces (13 y/o, 10y/o, and 6 y/o) over and I gave them each a gloss to try out.  First off, they loved the design.  Very hip and trendy.  They had never seen anything like this and were very happy their Tia' had the ins, because that meant they would be the envy of their friends. Since this product is marketed to girls in this age group I figured I'm going to let them do a review on it!  So after they played "Try and steal my lip gloss" with everyone,  I asked them what they thought of Yo-Yo Lipgloss.......

Here's their take:

13 y/o:  It makes my lips feel soft and there's sort of a tingle.... (Cooling tingle).

10y/o:  I like the design on the clip.  Its cool!  Each clip matches our lip gloss color!

6 y/o:  Here Tia' you can have my old one!  (This girl loves her "makeup" and for her to give me her old one says a lot!)  She loved the glitter inside the gloss.

It was neat to see the different places they each put their gloss.  The oldest hung it from her hip. The middle one on the top of her shirt and the youngest from her purse strap!

Now my review:

Seeing that to the girls I'm an oldie.....  I still had to try it out to see for myself.  They all smelled so good!  And they looked like they were getting all the fun!  I chose the Cha-Cha Chocolate. It felt very rich and luscious and I would agree that my lips felt softer.  There was a slight tingle, not a strong as say a plumper... but slight.  Unlike some other glosses that can feel tacky on, YoYo lipgloss just felt smooth.  It lasted on my lips for a good while too.  I love the fact that when I need it, I don't have to empty my purse to find it. (Everything ends up on the bottom)  I can just hook it on the inside of my purse and find it in a snap! 


These are great for any age!!!  From my daughter who is 3 (and can't keep her hands off my stuff) to the teen (who knows it all) all the way to the oldie (who I think is still very trendy!)  Their fun, stylish and a solid product that does last on the lips!

Would I use this company:

I just sent off 3 girls with these and will be showing them off to all their friends...You know I gotta buy more!  So YES!

Brugo Mug Review & Giveaway!

How many times have you burnt your tongue taking that first couple sips of coffee in the morning???  I have. Plenty of times!  And I'll never learn.  I'm running late and I need my caffeine!! Thank goodness Brugo has built a mug for people like me!  People who love their hot drink, but not so much scalding themselves to enjoy it.

It's Tip and Sip mug has a perfect temperature compartment.  In one quick tip the once too hot coffee becomes the perfect temperature to consume!  All the while leaving the remaining coffee hot and aromatic!  Meanwhile an ordinary coffee mug will cool down eventually to taste..... but by the time your half way through, it's cold.  I only like cold coffee when its blended with some caramel!

The unique design has a locking lid with three choices. Lock, sip or tip & cool.  Lock to hold in the freshness, sip for when its at a tolerable heat and tip & cool when you're just starting out.  Not to mention its a very good looking mug.  When you hold it, you can tell its a very sturdy, durable mug. 


My Experience:
I was lucky enough to try out this mug.  I'll be honest the first time I used the mug I filled it up from a fresh pot and ran out the door.  I was running late for Cody's dentist appointment.  I'm pulling out of the yard and I turned the lid to "tip & cool", tipped it... and was kinda nervous.  What if it doesn't work!  I'll have a mouth full of really really hot coffee!  I slowly took my sip...and it was nice and warm!!  It floored me!  Oh I was a happy camper!  I even had Cody excited.  So much he begged to try it with hot chocolate!  That's when it dawned on me, I need to get these for the whole family!  We do Winterhaven every year here at Christmas. (Its a neighborhood that goes all out with Christmas lights.  The whole city turns out for it).  We always get the kids a Styrofoam cup with hot cocoa.  But its way too hot for them to enjoy while we walk.  The only thing its good for is warming up your face til it cools down!

If I'd let my kids use it for hot cocoa that's saying a lot!

Would I Use This Company?
Absolutely!  Very pleased.

My Experience:

The first thing I noticed about the Youthful Trends™ Caffeinated Makeup Primer is the smell.  It was a very familiar aroma, I couldn't place it.  I took a look at the ingredients and the third one is cucumber.  (Remember all natural) Very clean fresh smell.  I gave the bottle a shake and spritzed my face.  It went on evenly and dried quickly.  Very easy application.  I used my fingers to go over my forehead a little extra and around my chin.  *The extra needed places* It dried smooth. I really couldn't feel anything extra on. I used my mineral makeup, and applied as normal.  Through about half the day when I usually touch up, from sweating and just wearing down the foundation, I went to re-brush".  I took a look and thought I think I can go a little longer.  I didn't reapply at all.  I was shocked!  It really did cut down on the perspiration, and helped the powder stay on all day.
 This one bottle should last me about 2 or 3 months.  If you use a little more than me, it could go quicker.  Like I said I spritz and then put some on my fingers to go over the forehead and chin.  So if your lucky enough to not need much more than a spritz, you could go longer.  It retails for $29.99.  I say that's pretty good.  About $10/month.

CSN Online Stores!

I was recently offered to review a product courtesy of CSN Stores!!   CSN has 200+ stores and sell everything from kitchenware to shoes.  Furniture like dinning room tables with name brands such as Hooker Furniture, Bernhardt, Stanley Furniture and Knoll®.   Everything for your home and more!  A lot more.

When I went to the site to pick out my item I was amazed!  All the different items. I was in heaven.  It's like going to the mall without packing everyone up.  Each store directed at a specific area.  Like their Bathroom Furniture Direct, AllModern or CSNbaby I could go on..But like I said there's over 200 stores!  Its no wonder their tagline is "Shop Easy".  It was very easy going from one place to another.  Easy clicking to narrow your search down to find that right product.  Very user friendly!
